Terms and Conditions

1. The prize consists of one Libra holiday voucher worth up to the value of £500, which can be redeemed against a Libra holiday departing any time before October 2010. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. If the total holiday cost is more than £500, the winner will have to pay the difference in the cost. There will be no reimbursement for any part of the £500 that is not spent in one booking; the voucher can only be used on one holiday or group holidays booked at the same time. The voucher only applies for new bookings made.
2. It is a condition of purchase of a Libra holiday that, at the time of purchase, the winner has adequate travel insurance cover. If the winner declines to purchase the insurance as offered by Libra Holidays, details of their existing arrangements must be supplied and must provide coverage at least equivalent to the policy offer by the insurance company that Libra Holidays use. Insurance can be purchased using the vouchers supplied as the prize in this competition.
3. Once you have registered on the site you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No Holiday purchase is necessary.
4. The winner will be selected at random on the last working day of each month. Allbury Travel Group Ltd’s decision will be final. Winners will be notified by email by the 5th of each month. If you have won, you will be sent an email with a unique code and a telephone number to call to claim your prize. If contact cannot be made within 20 days, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Allbury Travel Group Ltd of any change in contact information. If you are a winner, you must claim your prize within 20 days of being notified by email.
5. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable or sold on to anyone else.
6. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK.
7. If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving the Prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Allbury Travel Group Ltd.
8. The promoter is Libra Holidays, a member of the Allbury Travel Group Limited a group of companies. Registered Office of Allbury Travel Group Ltd: Castle House, 21 Station Road, New Barnet, EN5 1PH. Registered in England and Wales (Number 1073441).
9. Details of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the promoter (Web Marketing Team, Castle House, 21 Station Road, New Barnet, EN5 1PH) after the 25th of every month.
10. Entry implies acceptance of these rules and conditions. Only one entry permitted per person. Allbury Travel Group does not take responsibility for any lost entries.
11. Allbury Travel Group reserves the right to withdraw these offers without notice.
