approximately 150 metres. 200 metres to the black sandy beach of Perissa, 200 metres to the nearest shops, restaurants and tavernas, 300 metres to the resort centre. On arrival and departure all guests must carry their luggage for approximately 150 metres.

Studios sleep 2 persons and have twin or double beds, kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning*, safety deposit boxes*. Maisonettes sleep 2/4 persons. Maisonette for two persons has living area downstairs. Maisonette for four persons has sleeping area upstairs and downstairs. Please Note: downstairs lounge area in the maisonettes have a double bed and twin beds in the upstairs lounge. Maisonette balconies are open-plan where other guests walk past to and from their rooms.
