The Beach House: Situated on the hotels beach area and providing stunning views out to sea. Open daily for lunch offering light cuisine with seafood accent. Open for dinner.
Cascades: Situated on the upper pool area and amongst the waterfalls this restaurant is open daily for lunch offering light grilled specialties. Bar and light refreshments available throughout the day.
The Souk at the Hyatt: Comprising 2 floors overlooking a central courtyard, on the top floor 15 shops, on the ground floor 6 pan oriental market style food stalls. An arabesque evening with a complete program of folklore music and dance. Open evenings only.
Sala Thai: Classical Thai restaurant situated just off the lobby with extensive views over the resort and sea. Open for dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
The Azure Lounge: Situated in the lobby with an 'exclamation' window and breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline. Open all day 7 days a week, serving light refreshments.

Beach 1 (Main Beach) is the principal beach with a 65m jetty and sea pontoon, water sports centre plus showers and toilets.

Water Sport Centre: Located on Beach 1, there is a Dive Centre with scuba diving and Snorkelling School for all levels equipment rental and water sports activities. The Gardens Bay is reported as the finest dive and snorkelling area for its aquatic life and for its protection from the wind.
Racket Centre: The Racket centre offers day and evening tennis courts which includes 1 exhibition court floodlight and 4 additional tennis courts floodlight. In addition, there are 2 air-conditioned squash courts. Usage for the racket centre will carry an additional charge for court fees.
